If you would like to have a look around the building or have a chat with us about hosting your wedding, class or event then please use the contact page to get in touch and organise a visit. Our hall manager, Liz, or one of our friendly hall keepers will be so happy to show you around and answer any questions you might have.
Please note, we do not currently have regular opening hours, so organising your visit in advance is essential. If you’re passing by and the front doors are wide open, then do feel free to pop your head in!
The ideal location
The elegant Pollokshaws Burgh Hall is located on Pollokshaws Road, three miles south of Glasgow city centre.
It is an ideal location, being just 15 minutes by road from the centre of the city and close to motorways M8 and M77. Pollokshaws West railway station is a 4 minute walk away and has more than 50 trains daily linking the area with the bustling city centre, a train journey of less than 10 minutes.
The main entrance to the magnificent Pollok Country Park, home to Pollok House and the Burrell Gallery, is 100 yards from the Hall on the west side of Pollokshaws Road.
Car Parking
Vehicle parking at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall is FREE for anyone using or visiting the building. Simply enter your car registration number at one of our two easy-to-use tablets located in the entrance foyer and main corridor.
Our car park is a suitable size for most events at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall.
For those who wish to use our car park but are not visiting/using the building, please follow the instructions on one of the many signposts within the carpark to pay.
