Pollokshaws Burgh Hall is governed by the Pollokshaws Burgh Hall Trust board of directors. The board consists of volunteers who have an interest in the preservation, presentation and promotion of the building as well as the community of Pollokshaws.

Please note that the board of directors meet once every month at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall on the most suitable day and time for the majority. Board members will ideally be present at every meeting but are required to attend a minimum of one meeting every three months.
